...not to be confused with Jello instant goo pudding. This is soooo good, everyone must make this at least once. I could write you out the recipe but I'm lazy so see the attached scan instead. :)
This can be made with any type of berry, I prefer to use blueberries simply because I prefer blueberries above any other. I have not tried strawberries (they would need to be quartered probablly) since they don't last as long in my house, Dave loves the strawberries.
Simple to make, serves hot so it's nice after a meal, with whipped or ice cream of course. :) Forgive the picture placement, I want you to be able to click on them. I'll post my own picture at the end of this once it's done baking.
As a note, the writing (whatever) means whatever flour you'd like, I don't have flour made from wheat in my pantry anymore, I typically use either rye, soy, spelt, kamut, or rice flour, or any sort of combination.

mmmm! looks good! i would prefer blueberries too i think, or blackberries. good recipe. :)
